Since I've started staying home I've been working out and going on walks around the neighborhood. And I've already lost 4 pounds! I seriously eat way less now then I did when I worked. I would just get bored and snack! And I sat on my butt all day long at a computer while here I am constantly moving and playing with caden and cleaning the house and of course able to work out! I've also been taking advantage of our pool :) Laying out for about 30 minutes to an hour when I can and I've gotten a really good tan so far! We're going to the beach for leave in a couple weeks so I'm trying to get a tan before we leave.
I've discovered I'm very very critical of myself. I know the house is clean and picked up but there's all these little things I keep thinking should be clean and when they're not it eats at me until I can finally just do it. Like currently it's driving me crazy that there's little scuffs and dirt on some of the door and window frames... but if I start it I won't be able to stop! ugh. I guess that's just the neat freak in me. Anyway I've got to get going to take Caden to his follow up doctor's appt. Hopefully I can keep blogging. I know I've been slacking lately and there's always lots to share!
