As an adult I have realized how much fun it is! Getting in shape and feeling healthy has its rewards and they are fantastic!! I feel so much prettier than I did when I was younger. I can see muscle definition, I feel confident and clothes fit so much better!
But working out is one of those things you have to stay on top of otherwise it can get out of hand! Kind of like not staying on top of the chores, or for me, not reading my bible! Once I skip a day then I skip two, then three and somehow I have to work it back into my daily routine! Why is that?! It's so frustrating. But then once I do it again I feel so much better. I remember WHY I want to do it, and why it's good for me.
It also helps me to have motivators. Like friends that go to the same gym. I love seeing my girls and knowing they will be there helps me to get there too! Or friends that talk/blog about their fitness! It's like a little reminder that they are working out so I should get busy too! Of course Jeremy noticing the difference and showering me with compliments helps too :)
There's a woman that works out at my gym that has a killer physique. Amazing muscle definition that isnt gross! haha. Seeing her in class every day makes me push harder. One more rep, dont slow down, you can do this!
So here's to getting older and feeling better than ever!
When I get compliments at the gym, I work even harder because now I know someones watching and motivated by me, its a chain reaction, someones watching you too so MOTIVATE THEM. Great post, you know I love it!

you go hot mama! Ive been back into working out and have gone every day for the last 2 weeks and feel great!! plus Im proud of myself! :) sleep better, more energy, everything!! :) plus its kindof accountability for me to go bc if Abigail gets out of a habit of going to the nursery at the gym its hard for her to start back too! GO YOU!! work it girrrlll!! :)
