So for those of you I haven't gotten a chance to talk to and give details here is an update on what's going on. This past Tuesday we had an appointment to check on where the Placenta was and have the glucose test, and get a RhoGAM shot. Well they did the glucose test and everything is fine, but the ultrasound revealed that the placenta is still completely covering the cervix. This is called Complete Placenta Previa. I also could not get the RhoGAM shot because they ran out that day. The RhoGAM shot helps prevent my body from building harmful antibodies to Caden's blood type since I am O- and Jeremy is O+.
Here is an article that you can read more about Placenta Previa to get a better understanding:

Basically because the placenta is covering my cervix I will have to have a c-section. Precautions I need to take are to just not do anything strenuous so I don't provoke any bleeding. If there are no incidents between now and 38 weeks they will go ahead and do the c-section then so I don't go into labor. If I start to go into labor the placenta will start bleeding which can lead to lots of blood loss. I was given another appt on Thursday with a physician that would be the one to do the c-section. I was originally seeing a midwife. I'm really really disappointed I cannot deliver naturally.
The other more serious issue is called Rh-incompatibility. Rh incompatibility is a condition that occurs when a woman has Rh-negative blood type and her unborn child or newborn has Rh-positive blood. This incompatible blood reaction may cause problems in a newborn as well as life-threatening problems for future pregnancies. My blood is O- and Jeremy's is O+. We know that Caden's blood is O+ as well because from blood tests at the beginning of my pregnancy I did not have antibodies built up to O+ blood. When I saw the physician on Thursday I was supposed to get the RhoGAM shot. Before getting the shot he reviewed my blood test results from Tuesday which showed that I already had antibodies built up to O+ blood. So it was too late to get the RhoGAM shot. My blood somehow had come in contact with Caden's blood and built up antibodies to it. Here is an article that can explain everything about it. I can't even begin to try.

We have an appt tomorrow morning with a specialist that will look over more blood test results from myself, as well as results from Jeremy. He is also supposed to do an ultrasound that will look at Caden's blood flow. If it is too fast we will know my blood is attacking his, if it looks normal then I assume they will continue to monitor it closely. I just don't know how often the appts will have to be. Right now I feel completely fine. But I won't really feel anything happening. The doctor said as long as I feel him moving that's a really good sign that he's still healthy. So far so good. Will update everyone after our appt tomorrow. All of your prayers are so greatly appreciated. God has a plan, we just have to trust in Him.
Hey Girl you three will be in our prayers!! I'm here if you need me!
