Finally a new blog post! LOL

WOW! It's been about two months since I last blogged! Lots of stuff happening around here but won't try to recap. We will just start with what's going on now!

Only 12 more days until Caden is born!! Last week my doctor decided that it should be my last week at work so I get two weeks before Caden is scheduled to be delivered to just get ready and relax! The c-section is scheduled for June 30th at 7:30 am! I have to be at the hospital by 5:30 am though. I highly doubt I'll get any sleep that night!

My mom got here May 30th to help out around the house and cook dinners and take some responsibility off me! It's been really great having her here! I can't believe shes already been here almost 3 weeks! She came early to help, and be here just in case Caden had to come early. Which was a high posibility with all the complications. But thanks to God Caden has been doing wonderfully and getting bigger and healthier every day!

This week was my first week off work and it's been so relaxing! In the mornings my Mom and I would lay by the pool, eat some lunch, do a chore or two, then go to my doc appts. And come back home relax and plan dinner and enjoy the evening with Jeremy! Yesterday we went out shopping for stuff for my Hospital bag. I have to pack it up now but am procrastinating! Of course.

Today our dryer was finally fixed so we started washing all the baby's clothes and blankets! I already washed some blankets and sheets, but just now getting to the clothes. They are so cute! I did some chores around the house and we went to dinner with our friends Andrea and Pat. Andrea is also pregnant right now and she's going to have a girl! We are only a week apart in due dates so it's fun going through everything together!

This weekend is going to be finishing up home projects!! We were talking about getting someone to come re-grout the shower because Jeremy started it months ago and hasn't had time to try and finish and we got a flyer on the mailbox for a handyman that does all kinds of things. So he came and gave us a quote and starts tomorrow! Should be finished by the end of the day and will probably be able to use it again by Monday at the latest!! I'm sooo excited to be able to use our shower again! The previous owners did something crazy with the grout and caulking and there was mold all inside and underneath it. So every time I tried to clean it nothinig would come clean. It was gross.

Also Jeremy and my mom are finally going to complete the kitchen backsplash!!!!! I of course will put pictures up of them working on it and of when it is complete.
