Healthy living

Since my last post I've successfully lost a few more pounds and now only have 16 more to go!  They've been falling off around a pound and a half a week thanks to my hubby for cooking super healthy dinners and me having the will power not to drink sodas, and eat junkfood!  I've been able to run a lot more too.  I really want to enjoy running but so far it's soo darn difficult!  Running on a treadmill is a lot easier than outside too.  Black eyed peas have been my workout music so far and its very motivating!  I'm in love with Pandora on my Blackberry :)  Once I get down closer to my goal weight I'll feel better about strength and weight training.  Because then I'll be in more of a routine with working out and will know what I can add on and be able to manage my time.  I really want to work on my arms.  Sometimes I wave or something and feel my flabby jiggle a little! YUCK!  LOL.  during the day I'll do dips at work using my desk.  it works great!  Ok now back to work!
