So I've decided that I feel disgusting after this past weekend and need to sort of cleanse my body of all the junk! So starting now and for about a month I plan to drink only water! No coffee, no wine, no juice, but I'll still have a glass of milk with dinner, that's healthy! I would like to go as far as say no eating out but Jeremy and I like to go out on occasion for lunch or dinner so I think I will just say I'll try not to go out to eat for the next month, but if we do I won't beat myself up over it! So so far day one is going smoothly.
