WORK

I put in my notice a couple weeks ago letting them know that I will be leaving and my last day of work will be May 14th so I can be a stay at home mommy :)  I was super duper nervous about it but to my surprise my boss was very supportive and although he tried everything in the book to get me to stay agreed that taking care of Caden and my family is the most important job I could do.  He even offered to let me work from home two days a week until I leave for good.  yay! 

So awesome I think! End of story. Well a couple days later one of the big bosses comes to our office to have a talk with me.  And says that I can work from home part time if I want and they will set me up with a home office.  I don't have to work at any specific time of day, just whenever I can.  They won't give me any work that has a specific deadline, and he even told me to come up with the amount of hours I think I can work each week.  They are providing me with a work blackberry and will pay for part of my internet bill.  ummmmm OK! 

God is so amazing!!!  How awesome to be offered such a sweet deal!  I'll only be working about 20 hours a week from home which is only 4 hours a day.  An hour here an hour there, still get to be home with my baby, still plenty of time to take care of the house, cook dinner and just enjoy my life all while still bringing in a paycheck!  And guess what, if it doesnt work out, it just doesn't work out.  No big deal.  So I'm super pumped!  This will start May 17th, the monday after what was going to be my last day.  Wish me luck!
